Eligibility for Returns

- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund, unless they were received in a damaged or defective condition.

Refunds

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost
